time and billing template - invoice total not displaying

I have downloaded the "time and billing database.mdb" template from the microsoft website and have set up some clients, projects, timecards, etc. When I select the 'print invoice' button and enter no start and end dates the invoice image is presented but with #error in the invoice total.

If I enter a start date in the parameter window I get a VB run time error '2465' "Time and Billing can't find the field 'Print Invoice Time Subform' referred to in your expression"

I haven't modified the template in any way - just entered data. Can someone please explain/help???? Thanks
