How do I get the ticker tape on the desktop - haVE NEW
COMPUTER with Win XY Home Edition - on old computer with
Win98, merely went to properties on desktop, and click web
to get tape running acroos topof desktop
 
What ticker tape are you referring too? There is no such thing in any
windows version. It may have been on your old win98 computer, but it's not
part of windows. Usually you just goto the website of the ticker tape
program and download and install it or add it as an active desktop object.
