Tick in snapshot

I have copied a "Tick" symbol from Word into Access Report. I want to export
the report into snapshot format. But the "Tick" symbol has become a question
mark in snapshot. is there any way to add a tcik in acces report and appear
as a tick in snapshot formatn?

I assume the "tick" is a graphic image. Better to save it as a separate
image and add it on the report than to try to do it from Word.

but it is not a graphic image. I have tried to copy it and paste special as a
picture in word. It will become "v".
