Snapshot viewer

I've got a question regarding Snapshot Viewer redistribution.
Our product contain Access 2000 runtime on one computer and probably
several computers with MS Snapshot Viewer.

We've got redistribution license for Access 2000 runtime, but what about
Snapshot viewer?
We would like to give Snapshot installation file to a customer,
so he would be able to install Snapshot on any computer in the future.
Is it OK?

I am asking because it seems to me that it was written in MSDN that software
develop
can not give Snapshot installation file to the customer, but end-user
customer has
to download Snapshot from Microsoft site by himself.
I could not find this article any more. Does that mean that Snapshot licence
policy
has been changed?

Thanks in advance

I don't know the answer to your question about whether the license policy
has been changed.

To be on the safe side, you could ask your customer to download the Snapshot
Viewer from Microsoft. I suspect that provision is included to try to ensure
that the user gets the latest copy. On the other hand, I've never heard of
Microsoft pursuing anyone to the ends of the Earth over the Snapshot Viewer.
