Migrating from Thunderbird to Outlook

My question is how come so many Microsoft MVPs don't bother to post this or
give any accurate answers in their posts on this issue?

How did the development team ignore Thunderbird users? Don't they understand
that their previous versions of Outlook were so prone to breaking that so
many people like myself were forced to go to Thunderbird.

How much barbed-wire is required to surround Microsoft Headquarters so that
no-one can escape?

What sort of wild animal or terrorist or plague or armed mob should be
unleashed on the imprisoned microsoft staff?

I think you overlook the fact that we, MVPs, are not Microsoft employees.
There is quite a lot we've got privately and/or publicly documented but we
simply can't be writing down our knowledge and findings all day. That is why
there are these newsgroups; you can ask a question and if we know the answer
we are happy to post it.

No need to make all kind of allegations in these newsgroups; leave that for
your personal blog.
