Thumbnails

After doing a clean install of windows xp and then applying SP2, I am unable
to change any folder to the thumbnail view and have it stick. I have
increased the "remember folder" size from 400 to 8000, used tweakui to
change the image quality setting from far right to 2 notches from the right,
deleted the thumbs.db files, etc. and nothing works to get a view to stick.
I did not have this problem prior to the clean install and application of
SP2. Could this be a bug or am I missing something?

Any help in resolving this problem would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How did you change the folder cache setting?

Thanks, that worked. I also changed the target properties in the shortcut
for Windows Explorer. I think I must have had a wrong switch entered that
was causing the problem. Anyway, all is right with the world again.
