thumbnails

in windows 2000 I am having a problem with the thumbnail
view. JPG's are no longer viewing in thumbnails.

i tried refreshing the page and changing the file
assosiation and still no thumbnail in the thumbnail view.

please advise.

Try this:

a.. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Open box, and
then press ENTER:
regsvr32.exe /i shdocvw.dll

Or this if that doesn't work:



To resolve this issue, verify that the following registry entries exist for
the type of file that you are trying to preview:

Registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\file
type\ShellEx\{BB2E617C-0920-11d1-9A0B-00C04FC2D6C1}

Value: (Default)="{7376D660-C583-11d0-A3A5-00C04FD706EC}"
