Thumbnails won't display in folders any more

I use the thumbnail feature to manage my graphics. ABout 6
days ago everything I started saving (jpgs mostly) won't
display.. the files I saved prior to that time still
display properly. Any help would be appreciated
 
Do the jpgs open ok in IE? If not then check that they are saved in the RGB
colorspace and not CMYK.

We had this problem when somebodys default graphics prog settings were
changed without him knowing, all his images were CMYK and wouldn't display
properly.
