Thumbnails, Picture Viewer, and RAW Files

I've become more serious with my digital photos so I've begun taking
shots with my Canon 10D in RAW format. However, I'm unable to view
any thumbnails within Explorer or with the MS Picture and Fax Viewer.

Does anyone know if there are plans or any third party add in's that
will allow me to view CRW files using these methods?

I can pull up Photoshop to browse them but it's slower and one more
step. Being able to quickly browse using Explorer is really quick.
