Thumbnail View

Hi,
I have always been able to view images on my computer in thumbnail view in
windows explorer. This option has stopped working since I applied win2000
patch KB894320. My understanding is that this patch fixes a vulnerability
that uses web view.

My question is whether this is the reason I can no longer view images in
thumbnail view and if there is a workaround this.

This is driving me nuts as I always have to fire up Microsoft Office Picture
Manager to view any images.

Any response will be very much appreciated.

I have done all W2k updates that were made available and I can still view
thumbnails in explorer as usual.
