Thumbnail view doesn't show folder names

I was holding down a key, or did something and now the folders/files in my
documents don't show their names in thumbnail view. It shows the names in
the other views (i.e. details, list....) How can I change this back?

Hold down the shift key when switching to thumbnail view to hide the file
names. Do it again to bring them back.
