Those naughty messages after login

Hi NG,

How can I get rid of those messages in the right lower corner. there
are always such flags, I don't want them.

Like Windows security, network information and so on.


I am using win xp SP2.

I believe this person is referring to the balloon tips. Cut and paste the
following line to notepad and save the file to the Desktop as "noballoons.reg".
Double-click it and the balloon tips are disabled. Changing the double-word
value to 1 will set them again.
