THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED

I can get to my e-mail but I can not get to any other
site. I always get the 'this page cannot be displayed'
error. I have tried reinstalling XP. I am now also loss
internet exployer. PLus when I logon I get a message
stated the winsock2 is missing. Help!
