this operation cancelled error message

hello

Only today when i tried to connect to hyperlinks from my
Emails in outlook, i get this error Message...
Microsoft Outlook: This Operation Has cancelled Due to
Restrictions on This Computer. Please Contact Your System
Administrator...I am the only one who uses this computer.
i am running Xp pro ,Outlook 2002.
Can anyone Please Help Me?
Any help ,Greatly Appreciated.

Check this link which would be of real help to you, But be very carefull
when working on the registry, Preferably have a backup of the registry,
