getting error message when clicking on links in e-mail messages

hi: starting today i am getting the following error message when attempting
to click on a link in an e-mail when using outlook 2007 on my home computer.
the message reads: "the operation has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. please contact your system administator." why would
i all of a sudden be getting this error message and what can i do to resolve
the issue? thanks dave
