Hi , I need advise how to fix a recurring message when I click on a weblink
or embedded email address in my Outlook email. the dialog box appears --
Operations cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Contact your
administration.

Where and how do I fix this problem

That's not the exact error message that you saw. More likely you saw:

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

A Google search on the product and a significant portion of that error
message would reveal it is a common problem that also often has solutions
provided for those that have asked this question numerous times.

Regarding error or status messages:
