This MSI must be launched through set up

I just upgraded to XP from ME. My Norton's 2004 Security
was asked to be deleted and re downloaded / installed. I
have re downloaded it but can not install as I get the
above message. Then the installation fails. Any help on
this one. Thanks

This is actually a Symantec question, related to the products previously
