This is Repost of my SP4 Error SpoolSS.dll

Installed SP4 and since the install when I log into my
Windows 2000 Workstation I now get this error:
The procedure entry point GetJobA could not be located in
the dynamic link library SPOOLSS.dll

I checked the Event Viewer and it logged this event:
Event ID:61
WMI ADAP was unable to process the Spooler performance
libary due to a time viloation in the collect function. I
followed the Knowledge Base Article-266416 on how to
rectify this issue but it still have the error.

Before this install of SP4 I never had this error and if I
uninstall SP4 the error does not happen. I deleted all my
printers and then reloaded the SP4 fix and still have the
same error.

Does anyone have a fix? or Experienced the same thing? It
would be greatly appreciated if someone could respond to
this.

Thanks

I am also getting the same error message when I boot up
since I installed SP4. It does not appear to be causing
any problems as far as printing or anything else that I
have noticed. I did a fresh installation of WIN2k on
another PC and updated to SP4 - here I do not get the
error. I noticed that one other newsgroup person
mentioned that he was getting the same error message. I
have no idea why the error message, but I am sure it will
get addressed eventually by Microsoft. SP4 is so new that
it may take a while.

Are you running the Novell Client by chance?

Try reinstalling the SP4.
