There were three tabs. now there's only two. Help!

Thanks for having a look.

I'm really stressed out about this, I accidentally pressed Ok to something
which most likely caused this problem.

At the Network Connections, I use to have 3 tabs when I right
click>Properties. Now I only have a General and Advance.

I'm pretty sure I might've disabled something.

Also, when I refresh for wireless networks available, nothing happens.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Reinstall the driver for your wireless card. That should get all of the tabs
back.

Go to start, run, and type
services.msc <enter>

Look for Wireless Zero Configuration. Is it started? If not, right-click and
start it.
