Themes

When I apply a theme to a blank page in FP 2003-all that applies is the
background. How do I get all the elements of the theme, banner, bullets,
navigation etc... & is there a on-line lesson available for themes ?

Insert a page banner, insert bulleted text, insert a Navigation bar
and so on.
