I have applied a theme to my web page and in the preview
pane it displays correctly, but when I publish it to the
web, I lose my theme. I have selected CSS on the themes,
but still no luck.

I bet you're publishing by FTP. If so, make sure you
publish your *entire* Web, including the _borders,
_themes, and _derived folders.

< WAG. > .... have you tried editing the page "live" and applying the theme
to the page????
