when i create a new page for my website the navigation bar and the banner
will not show on the new page how can i fix that so the navigation will show
on all my new pages

I am not a FP MVP, but here's how I do it: Copy the page into your
navigation structure. To do so, left click on the new page then hold and
"drag" the page over to the "Navigation" icon located on the left toolbar
under "Views." The Navigation Struture Page will open, then drop the page
(release your mouse click) in the desired location in the navigation
structure. The navigation bar and banner should then be displayed on your
new page.
