Theme problem

The theme, including the navagation bar, that I have on my home page does not
show up after the site is published. My navigation bar section has a
scrolling marque at the top then the navigation buttons and at the botom a
gif animation. The banner at the top of the page does not show and the
background picture in my theme does not show. When I view the site in FP
everything is there. I have turned off the FP extensions at the web hosting
site, used ftp to upload the entire site again and everything works fine.
(except the hit counter of course). Then I turned the FP extensions back on
and the them and navigation buttons dissapeared again. the URL is
venturadan.com and currently I have the FP extensions turned on.

What am I doing wrong?

Because you're messin with the extensions...right now they don't exist
there.
Reinstall the extensions
Then Publish via http: method from FP.
Dont use ftp if you are using FP extensions.

Thanks for the response Rob. My site is hosted with a Web hosting service.
The only options I have are to turn FP extensions on or turn them off. When
the FP extensions are turned on the web hosting site will not allow ftp
access and with the extensions turned off FP will not publish. I turned them
on and published my site with FP. The theme was not showing so I turned off
the extensions at the web hosting site and uploaded with FTP and the theme
was applied and the navigation buttons worked fine. The only thing that did
not work was the hit counter. I then went to the hosting site and turned the
extensions back on and the theme dissapeared again. I published the site
again with FP and that did not work. Currently the extensions are turned on
at the web hosting site. FP will publish the site and the hit counter shows
on the bottom of the page.

Actually they are off right now.

Turn them back on, then do a full Publish via File | Publish Web/Site
http://www.venturadan.com and lets see what happens.
