Theme name in html adds 011

Hi,
If I add a theme to a page and then look at the html view, I see a 011
appended to the theme name. e.g. I modify the blends theme and save the new
theme as myblends. In the html view I see:

<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="myblends 011">

I also seem to recall seeing 001 appended to other themes on other pages in
the past. What do those three digits signify?

It's just the name of the theme? The way Frontpage operates.?

I believe they signify whether the theme is using:
CSS, Active Graphics, Vivid Color, Background

I'm not sure if I have the order correct, but you can check it against your Theme to see what you have enabled.

That's it! Thanks for solving this admittedly trivial problem that's bugged
me for two days as some friends and I tried to repair a broken theme. After
some trial and error in my FrontPage 2002 I've figured out these three or
four digits following the theme name are 0/1 toggles in this order:
Vivid colors, Active Graphics, Background picture, Apply using CSS.
That last one is grayed-out for me.
