I have added a theme but doesn't show on my site.

I have added a theme in frontpage 2003 to my pages but it doesn't show on my
site. I have Frontpage installed on the site so what's the problem? Shouldn't
there be a refrence to the theme in the code? It says <meta name="Microsoft
Theme" content="aftrnoon 1111"> but where is this aftrnoon 1111 to be found?

That META tag is calling the theme named aftrnoon
- you will not see all of it unless you also have content whose appearance is managed by the theme
(like nav bars or page banners in your pages/site)
