Save a custom theme as a new theme in FrontPage

I bypassed the standard themes in FrontPage and created a custom theme by
writing my own HTML code. How can I save my custom theme as a new theme in
FrontPage so that my theme is available for all of my web pages?

You have to modify the blank theme or another existing theme to create your own theme.
