Theme buttons not showing up (add existing page)

Hello all. I seem to have progressed since my last post. I have a small
problem now. As you can see on:
http://www.yoursourceinjapan.com/introduction.htm
and all other pages on my website, there are 2 links that are not showing up
(catalogue and auctions). These are the only 2 links that are not actual
pages in my website but are pages on the Internet. I inserted them into
navigation view using "add existing page". In FP the show up fine in
"Normal" view and "View in Browser" however they are not showing up on the
website.
I use FTP and have uploaded the following folders (so they are not the
problem) - derived, FP class, overlay, private, shared templates, themes,
vti bin, vti cnf, vti log, vti pvt, and vti txt.
When I go to the page and right click and go to properties of that 'link" it
says:
http://www.yoursourceinjapan.com/_derived/ext1003_cmp_twc-table358010_vbtn_a.gif
if that helps
Also when I go to Navigation view and right click on those 2 links, they DO
have the theme applied to them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to work fine here.
Clean out your browser cache/history and try again.
