Navigation system lost!!

Kevin

Hello all. I have a big problem.
I was working in FP and somehow lost my navigation system. My site can be
seen at http://www.yoursourceinjapan.com/introduction.htm and as you can see
the nav bar to the left is intact on that page. I notice the problem when I
updated a page (I am FTPing because my host does not have FP extensions)
http://www.yoursourceinjapan.com/motifs.htm - as you can see this page is
without the nav bar on the left.
Now I am stuck - I cannot work on my website at all or page by page I will
lose the nav bar on every page. Further I have not idea of what I did to
have it "get lost"
To rectify - I assumed that the pages on the host were fine, so I downloaded
(FTP) them and overwrote all the files on my local system - assuming the
problem would be solved - no go. It is still missing.
When I click on Navigation view it says "To create a Home Page, click New
Page on the tool bar" I don't need a new page and have fumbled with this for
some time.
I have a feeling that it may be easy for one of you experts to discern the
problem if you take a look at my source code.
Could you please help??
Thanks very much
Kevin

Same here - see them both online

BUT never copy files from a FTP download from your server back into your FP site
- FTP does not transfer the FP config files (design time tools)
- in FP design mode the nav bar is handled by design time webbots converted to hard coded html when you save the page - importing
those breaks the webbot nav structure
- other design time tools (themes, include pages , shared borders are not imported correctly

You will have to recreate the nav view and may have to delete duplicated content (hard coded nav bar html)
