The Worm

I went to your website to download the "patch" to fight
off the worm (msblast/lovsan, etc>). I was directed to
a "scan" that indicated there "were no updates for my
version of Windows XP".

Does this mean my version of Windows XP is protected
against the above worm?

I also printed off instructions on how to use the ICF
(Internet Connetion Firewall) that is apparently part of
my Windows XP software. Is this what I need to do to
protect against above Worm? Is this ICF already active on
my version?

I do not have a network.

Check for patch:
Start/All Programs/Windows Update
Click "View Installation history"
Look for 823980

Yes, you definitely need to enable the firewall.
