The welcome screen

I installed windows XP Pro. on my computer and made four accounts on it. When
I start it, it directly takes me to the main account and then I have to log
off and go to my account. It doesnt show me the welcome screen. I dont know
how to make it show me the welcome screen when I switch on my comp. Also, i
have a dell desktop and its hard drive crashed . it was IBM deskstar, is
there ayn way to retrieve my data. Thanks

Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off > Use the
Welcome Screen

or

Type the following in the Run dialog box

control userpasswords2

Check "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
