The way Internet Explorer opens

I have three computers, both running Win XP Home and IE6.
I am on DSL. Two of the computers has a small circle
turning in the top righthand corner of the browser as it
is opening. The other one has the windows logo. The one
with the windows logo opens slower than the other two.
Why is the one computer different?
