Blank window when IE opened

When I try to open my internet explorer, or even outlook
express, a blank window appears. It has the windows logo
in the top left corner, and just a plain white blank
window. Nothing happens after that. I have no idea what is
going on, Can anyone help?

You probably have your Home page set to blank. GO to
Tools --> Internet Options and change the "Address:" to
whatever you want your home page to be, or, click, on
default to get msn.com be dafault.

I wish it was that simple.... Internet Explorer doesn't
even open is what I meant, an actual basic window opens,
completly blank, with nothing except the blue bar at the
top which also says nothing except for a windows logo in
the top left. Then it doesn't hang or anything, but it
doesnt do anything else either. I can close it out if I
click the X, but thats it. ????

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
