i have the same problem, except on my computer its just 2
users. i think that, for the 2 users that internet
explorer works fine, they hvae administrator access, and
the other 2 have limited access....if you change
everybody's access previlages to adminisstrator, it will
work fine on all of them..but i dont think you want
everyone to be an administraator (just like i
dont).....anyways i tried reinstalling the windows XP and
i dont know for some reason, after reinstallind it, they
all worked fine for a while, and then again they started
up the same problem it had before....i am looing for the
solution to the same problem and if you dont hvae any
problem with it then you can change everybody's access to
administrator...only if you trust them.....

I have four users on my computer internet explorer works
fine for two of them the other two it will not open just
has a blank white page with the logo at the top I ran the
spybot,adaware, hijack this, and cw shedder and nothing
seems to help when I click run and type in the internet
explorer it says cannot be found I tried to do sysyem
restore and it says it cannot restore the system any
help would be greatly appreaciated
