Each time Outlook 2000 is opened, the Advanced toolbar, with additional
commands, is never there. I have to open the toolbar window and reclick the
Advanced bar, then change the commands. How does one keep the toolbar in
place.Thanks,

Reset the Toolbar; all Toolbar customizations will be lost and the Toolbar
will reset to what it looked like when you first installed Outlook. To do
this locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old when Outlook is closed.
By default you can find it here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
