A slide says this: "you are sitting at your PC again at 18:56"
It give the correct time every time you open it.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Write your sentence "you are sitting at your PC again at ..."
in the place of time stop by cersure there and go to
Insert (menu) - click on Time and Date - then choose the type of time you
want, at the end of dailug box mark the check box called "Update
automatically" then press OK.
