The System has Recovered From a Serious Error

Hi – I’m running XP Professional. Every time I boot my system, I get the following message:
"The system has recovered from a serious error."

Error signature:
BCCode:1000007e BCP1:C0000005 BCP2:EEFDB485 BCP3:F6DCFB98
BCP4:F6DCF898 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:0_0 Product :256_1

Files included in error report:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini121403-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Paul\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir01\sysdata.xml

After I click the Close buttons, the system seems to work without any noticeable problems otherwise. What’s causing this and what do I need to do to stop the error from recurring? You help would be greatly appreciated. Thank

This can be from bad device drivers, so open your system
properties, hardware, and device manager and try to update
all the major drivers from either the PC maker's site, or
the maker of the device such as the video card site.
