When I started my computer this morning, I got the error message:

BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 00000060 BCP2 : 0000001C BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 80534C5E OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I don't know what it means. Can somebody help me?

All my drivers and Windows are fully updated.

Thanks.

You need to check your RAM memory!

The advice in the first three paragraphs may help.

If you have more than one stick of memory removing one stick at a time
and testing may identify a faulty stick. Only remove or add a stick
with the computer switched off. You need to take precautions regarding
static electricity discharges as these can damage components,. You can
buy a small attachment for your wrist, which enables the static
electricity to discharge safely, in large PC stores such as PC World.
They are reasonably affordable..

Hope this helps.
