System has recovered from a serious error

Hi All,

I seem to have a problem where each time I boot up my pc, I receive a
message on my desktop stating that the system has recovered from a serious
error. The PC reboots itself occasionally and only once at random, but mainly
when I receive this message.

Here is more of the additional info that is included:

One instance, it states -
BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 0000F786 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000001
BCP4 : 806E4A8E OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

at another time it might state-
BCCode : 4e BCP1 : 00000099 BCP2 : 000346AE BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I just bought my PC with a new Pentium D 9x chipset a week ago and am
already having problems!

Anyone that may be able to help with this problem is greatly appreciated!)
