system recovered from serious error/unable to send report

I've had several blue screen crashes the past few days, but each time I try
to send the error report, I get this:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

Here are the last two error messages I have received, the first on Nov. 20,
the second today, Nov. 21.

So why don't you follow the links and update the driver for "Intel
PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI adapter software (w70n51.sys)"???
