Recovered from serious error

Hi - running XP Professional. System boots fine, but soon
afterwards it shuts off and reboots. Message I get is:

"The system has recovered from a serious error."

Error signature:
BCCode:d1 BCP1:0000DC70 BCP2:00000011 BCP3:00000001
BCP4:F961584D OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:0_0 Product :768_1

Files included in error report:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidupm\Mini100503-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~\JWE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

What problem is causing this system failure, and how can it
be resolved? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That problem is an error 0xd1, or DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. You can
read about it and get several troubleshooting links at
http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm. It means that the system attempted to
access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The
most typical cause is a bad device driver. It can also be caused by caused
by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile. The articles in the "D1"
section of the page I just gave you should help troubleshoot it.
