The server is not configured for transaction

You have a workgroup with a Win 2000 server. You can see
all the workstations in Network Neighborhood and access
them all except the 2K Server. When you try to access the
Win 2K Server a message pops up sayin the Server Is Not
Configured For Transaction. Anyone come across this?
