Server not configured for transaction

Hi,
I have configured the win 2k server with sp 4 and all
security updates. I am using this server as
file,print,internet gateway server. It is small
organization. I am using DSL connection for internet and
internet connection sharing. All client machine are
configured as DHCP clients. This set up works well for a
while but after a while it gives error "Server is not
configured for transaction". I am able to access internet
after this but not able to access the server for printing
and storing the file. I am struggling from 3 days and got
bugged up. I don't have any body to ask for help expect
you guys pls help me asap. Thanks.
