the send/recieve box displays

I recently installed IE 7.0 from the windows update. Now I'm having trouble
with outlook XP. Each time the "send/recieve" feature executes, the box
displays and many times doesn't disappear once complete. I have the box
checked to "don't show this dialog box during send/recieve".

I've tried to uncheck and recheck it, i've tried everything I know. It's
very annoying. your help is appreciated.

Make sure all other updates (also from Office XP) are installed.
What account type are you using?

Thanks for the response. I have installed all available updates from
Microsoft for Office XP. The problem still exists. I am using a hotmail
account that I've had for several years, and never had the problem in the
past.
