When I'm trying transfer some files to usb flash disk W XP show me

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

IS it a USB2.0 or 1 device? make sure the BIOS has legacy support for USB
enabled. that could be the problem. How have you formatted the USB drive? I
have formatted mine as FAT32. I dunno if this is the answer but these can be
some issues.
