The procedure entry point

When I start my workstation I get this message "The procedure entry point
SHCreate ThreadRef could not be located in the dynamic link libary
SHLWAPI.dll "...How do I fix this.

Yours is not a new problem. The same thing happened to to me the other day
after I installed a security update. Somehow the .dll files got corrupted. I
have tried several things to fix it, but so far no luck. Please let me know
if you hear of anything. Thanks.
