Received the above message when copying files from home to

That message means that the file or folder
that you are trying to copy is buried too
deeply in sub folders. Create a new folder
with an appropriate name immediately off
of the C drive and copy that file or folder
into that C:\"NewFolder". Then try copying
that file or folder across the network.
