when Outlook xp is doing the automatic Send/Receive or when i hit the button Sent/Receive, first of all, it take forever to do the job, and second, it gives me the following error message. Can someone please help? thanks

What version of Outlook do you have? Is the POP3 server to which you're
trying to connect a local server (on your network), or off-site?
