The need to upgrade to SP2

Since I don't use IE browser and instead use the Yahoo
browser from SBC DSL, and have a firewall in a network
router and use a top anti-virus program and spyware
software, I'm wondering about the need to install the SP2
update if all these problems exist after install. If
anyone can help please do so. Thanks, Stan

You don't absolutely have to do it, or do it now, but do you have all other
critical updates? Make sure you keep on top of those.
At some point you should do an SP2 install - it has a LOT of updates, not
just the firewall. But again, if you have kept everything else current thru
Windows Update, you're probably in pretty good shape...

Thanks for the heads up. Yes I keep on top of all the
other MS updates so guess I will forgo the SP2 up-date
for now. Thanks again.
