The missing or cannot find hal.dll, \windows\system32\hal.dll

when I go to stat my PC will win. XP home all I get is The missing or cannot
find \windows\system32\hal.dll, How can I put it on

It appears as if *ALL* of the search engines are down in your area...hope
they get that little problem fixed soon.
A quick Google search found the answer in under one second...you could have
had your computer up and running by now if you had merely type "missing
hal.dll" into Google, Yahoo, or your favorite search engine.
