If your in here looking for help, it's a good place, but
there's another way. first off, right now your in a
community newsgroup, it's a public help desk if you will,
I say this for you first timers out there. this is a place
where good hearted people who know from a bit to alot
about computers help other people with their problems, but
of coarse for the problems like; something is wrong with a
driver update you downloaded. You would want to contact
the company about it. Or if it's something you want to
tell to good ol' Microsoft himself. you would e-mail the
problem to them. (e-mail address removed)

sent me this:
